Series Land Rovers are so useful to have around that their owners tend to hang on to them for a long time. This 1976 Series III 109" is a case in point, having been in the hands of its current custodians since 1985.
Its may look heavily patinated, but the rivet-counters among us will have noticed this Landy is very straight and solid-looking for a Series III of this vintage. It's also the desirable petrol-engined variant in the useful long-wheelbase truck cab configuration.
