The Appeal
The Rolls-Royce Spirit continues to be one of the most iconic results of the marque's commitment to refined luxury motoring, powered by the legendary 6.75-litre V8 engine paired with a four-speed automatic transmission, it kept the spirit of its immensely successful predecessor and modernised it for a new era.
Supplied new by Mann Egerton of Nottingham in August 1989, this particular Spirit ticks plenty of boxes. A very low mileage example, this exceedingly handsome car has covered only 63,000 miles to date and comes with an excellent service history comprising 15 stamps in the book, all but a few by Jack Barclay. Painted in a handsome Bordeaux Red with a cream hide interior piped in red, this well-kept car is eminently usable and ready to go.
Riding on quality Avon tyres and driving as it should, this handsome Bordeaux roller retains all its original handbooks and has been with its current keeper since June 2020. Loaded with character, originality and an attractive patina, the vendor informs usthat the car is ready and waiting to be driven away, accompanied by a long, advisory-free MOT.

✓ We also check whether vehicles are recorded as being written off as part of an insurance total loss claim at the time an advert is placed on Car & Classic and we helpfully provide write-off category labels (Cat C/D/S/N) for your assistance. However, the presence or absence of a label does not guarantee the vehicle’s status and it is always worthwhile carrying out your own full vehicle history check before making an offer on a vehicle.
