The Appeal
The XJS is the open-top variant of Jaguar's celebrated grand tourer, pairing the high-efficiency 'Fireball' V12 with the pleasure of al fresco motoring. This was one of the UK's most aspirational cars, and offering a top-down variant was almost duty-bound for the well-to-do executive. A smooth-running, beautifully-featured silhouette with the roof chopped off; sometimes that's just the ticket.
This 1991 example has benefited from extensive work over the years and appears to be in fine fettle, having undergone thousands of pounds of invoices to improve its mechanical health and paintwork. With an MOT in place until June 2027 and a clean history, this XJS is now ready and waiting for its lucky new keeper; we're sure it'll be a fine classic.
