Designed by Bruno Sacco, the R129 replaced the long-running R107 in 1989 and proved a remarkable evolution of the marque's roadster formula. The SL600 is the peak of Mercedes-Benz' illustrious R129, powered by the 6.0-litre M120 V12 — an engine that delivers 389 bhp with effortless refinement. Needless to say, it makes for a capable, comfortable tourer.
This example is finished in black with a colour-matched removable hardtop and black leather interior with wood inlays.
