The Appeal
By the 1990s, Honda were the defacto name when it came to motorcycles - with a bit of a problem. Some of their previous models had gained a rep for unreliability, particularly when it came to their camshafts. This wasn't something the Japanese engineering department were willing to accept, and their latest model - the VFR750 - was thus regarded as one of the most over-engineered motorcycles Honda ever produced. As close to ideal as a V4 mount could get, and one that's still widely celebrated today.
This particular 1997 example is believed to be one of the last VFR750s manufactured before the VFR800 was brought to market. The vendor believes this original example is among the best examples in the country. A quick examination of the photographs should prove this point ably.
