The Appeal

BMW’s Z3 was the firm’s Mazda MX5 moment - a simple, rear-drive roadster with retro styling but modern civility. These cars are garnering growing interest amongst enthusiasts because they’re classics without the fragility and foibles of certain older two-seater convertibles.

This attractive Boston Green 1.9 is quite the find. It is a low mileage, factory-standard car that has remained with the single keeper from new. We’re told it has also been serviced annually throughout that time by a BMW garage. It comes to market with a recent service by Sytner BMW and is also sold with a new MOT.

The car was factory fitted from new with over £3,500 of options, including electric roof, air conditioning and uprated alloys. It remains in good order, with just a few points to note in the photos.

Few modern classics offer quite such a rounded package as the Z3. This well-kept car, with its economical 1.9L, looks perfect for summer 2026.
