The ST2 was the first of a new type of Ducati, the Sport Turismo. Designed to compete with other spirited high-end tourers from Honda and Kawasaki, this step into the unknown could have gone badly wrong. It didn’t: the ST2 cleverly retained the character and capability of Ducati’s sport bikes, but added a relaxed ride. There were comfort features like a full fairing, two seat layout and even a centre stand.
Today this is a highly regarded bike and many are in collections. Including this low mileage example. The vendor added it to his collection in 2021 and has used it sparingly. It has covered just 12,359 miles from new, which is verified by MOT records.
