The Appeal
There aren't many cars that can claim to go through seven generations - but the Mini was beyond enduring. Its attractive styling had become utterly iconic - and now sat comfortably as an icon of British nostalgia. The fact, of course, it was still providing perky, exciting performance and was endlessly endearing no doubt helped to keep the car remarkably popular.
This particular example, finished in a striking Nightfire Red, comes to us in utterly excellent order - with a year left on its MOT and extensive service history covering most of its 56,317 mile odometer reading. It's not often we see one of these legendary, diminutive little cars with such a history of cossetting car - and if you're after the final, most refined iteration of a truly legendary British classic, you'll have trouble finding a better prospect.
