Since its launch in 1980, the Fiat Panda has won the affection of Italian motorists thanks to its essential but unmistakable lines created by Giorgetto Giugiaro's Italdesign, its unparalleled practicality and its simple and reliable mechanics, which have made it a worthy heir to the most famous Fiat small cars of the past.

From 1982, the Panda was also sold in a truck version: thanks to the addition of an extension that replaced the tailgate, it offered greater load capacity. The Panda Van was used by many companies because of its versatility, small dimensions and low running costs.

This extraordinary second series Panda Van from 1990 is a former Clickar service vehicle used by an official Fiat dealer, who used it sporadically for a few years and then kept it for a long time, carefully protected by grease that preserved its mechanics and bodywork. It was recently rediscovered by an enthusiast who serviced, cleaned and polished it and welcomed it into his collection.

Equipped with the lively 1-litre Fire engine, this Panda is in extremely original condition and still has all its special equipment, including a working flashing light, a practical rear drawer containing spare parts and tools, a tow bar and an electric socket in the rear compartment for connecting compressors, lights and equipment.

With its extraordinarily low mileage of just 9,000 km, this Panda Van is certainly one of the best-preserved examples left and, not least because of its striking original livery and unique equipment, it will be a perfect addition to any collection of historic vehicles and always the centre of attention at exhibitions and rallies.
