The Ford Racing Puma stands as one of the most celebrated hot hatches of its era. Developed in collaboration with Tickford, just 500 examples were built with bespoke bodyshells featuring widened wheel arches, uprated suspension, and a tuned 1.7-litre Zetec engine. These limited-production machines have become highly sought-after by enthusiasts, representing the pinnacle of Ford's small performance car development at the turn of the millennium.
This particular example, number 0259, was discovered as a barn find and has since undergone a comprehensive restoration by Project Leven in Devon to full factory specification. The work has been certified by Ford/Tickford, with an accompanying brochure confirming its authenticity.
