The Appeal
Just 2,059 V12-engined DB7 Volante were built, of which only around 100 are believed to have been factory fitted with the 6spd manual box of this car. That option releases the car’s considerable sporting potential alongside its more well-known GT capabilities.
This 2000 manual car is finished in the fetching combination of dark blue metallic with matching roof and two-tone blue and cream interior. It is a tasteful alternative to the more common silvers and in very good order thanks to the car’s low mileage.
The vendor acquired the car in 2014. He has covered 8,000 kms in that time we are told. He also tells us that he has had no issues with it, only having to replace the handbrake pads and fuel pumps in those 11 years. Prior to purchase he reports that the car suffered a gearbox issue due to a poor repair, resulting in a replacement unit. The car has only covered 10,000 kms since.
For added buyer reassurance, the Controle Technique is valid to April 2027. Here is a chance to acquire a very rare example of a car that is garnering increasing collector interest.image.png1.74 MB
