The Appeal
Longing for a slice of Bond-like sophistication? Then the Aston Martin DB7 V12 Vantage might just be an ideal choice. It was the moment the DB7 got serious—out went the supercharged inline-six, and in came a glorious naturally aspirated 5.9-litre V12, serving up over 400bhp and a soundtrack to rouse any petrolhead. Draped in Ian Callum’s effortlessly elegant design, the Vantage brought proper performance to what is surely one of Aston’s prettiest modern classics. It’s the car that helped shape the brand’s 21st-century comeback—with style, speed, and just the right amount of drama.
This particular example is finished in Aysgarth Blue over a Pacific leather-trimmed interior with Parchment piping, and whether you’re taking in the scent of the luxurious Connolly leather, admiring the walnut veneers, or enjoying the growl of its V12, this DB7 is a particularly sensory experience. With fewer great example left each year, the V12-powered DB7 Vantage is rapidly earning its place as one of the true greats in the Aston Martin back catalogue—but for now it remains a proper modern classic with rising collectability, and yet is still one of the most affordable ways into V12 Aston Martin ownership.
The car offered here has had just four owners from new, and has been with the current owner since January 2010. It is supported by a solid main dealer and specialist maintenance history, and in recent years has been maintained by Aston Martin Reading. The odometer shows just 63,026 miles at the time of listing, which is backed by its service history. Last serviced in August 2024 at 62,722 miles, it is now ready to be pressed into use as a fine weekend car or long-distance tourer.
