Only two keepers from new (current owner since 2017)
Very tidy example of these luxurious cruisers
Economical and dependable 3.2L 204bhp V6 turbodiesel
Current MOT valid until November 2026
The Appeal
The W220 was engineered to be the most Mercedes of Mercedes. Thick carpets, extensive sound deadening and big, comfortable seats give these cars first-class “waftability,” along with the kind of drive that makes the miles disappear. It’s well worth tracking one down for a taste of all that—plus some proper old-school money class.
Finding a good one is the challenge, but, miraculously, we’ve done that for you here. The vendor bought the car in 2017 and it’s only the second keeper, too—so it’s clearly been looked after. The mileage is also at the “barely run in” stage for the economical 3.2L OM648 V6 turbodiesel. That engine gives you the best of both worlds: solid performance and surprisingly good economy for a big executive saloon.
The service history is available to view in the photos, and the car comes to market with an MOT valid until November 2026. There’s just one advisory to note. A very tidy example of these premium executive expresses. image.png4.63 MB

✓ VAT is included in the buyer’s fee. VAT may or may not be included in the final bid or offer price, as specified in the listing.
✓ We want a smooth transaction just as much as you do, and as such we run all UK-registered cars and motorbikes for sale on Car & Classic through an online HPI check to verify that they show no insurance database markers for damage or theft, and have no finance outstanding—allowing you to bid with confidence.
✓ We also check whether vehicles are recorded as being written off as part of an insurance total loss claim at the time an advert is placed on Car & Classic and we provide write-off category labels (Cat C/D/S/N) to assist you. However, the presence or absence of a label does not guarantee the vehicle’s status, and it is always worth carrying out your own full vehicle history check before making an offer on a vehicle.
✓ Buyers are responsible for vehicle collection
or delivery. Importing vehicles may result in additional customs duties and import taxes, so it’s worth checking beforehand. It is the bidders responsibility to confirm import eligibility prior to purchase.
