The Appeal

The R230 SL55 is really the supercar that you can actually live with. Whether that’s about the exquisite engineering, the spacious, comfortable cabin and big boot, the clever folding hard top that delivers coupe or convertible motoring at the touch of a button, or the visceral urge from its 500bhp AMG-crafted 5.5L V8.

This 2006 car is a really well kept example in popular black-on-black. It left the factory equipped with nearly $10,000 of options including upgraded seats, COMAND DVD system and the clever ABC suspension set up. It has been well looked after since, with regular servicing to June 2024 since when it has covered few miles.

The car is based in the Netherlands and all European import duties and VAT have been paid. Once road registered by the buyer, it offers a very rewarding way to munch miles.
