Motorcycle News has waxed lyrical about the CBR1000RR since it arrived in 2006. Praising its build quality and effortless speed, the summary is succinct: the CBR1000RR, it says, is ‘just right.’

This 2007 Fireblade is that rare thing, a low-mile example that has remained with the same keeper from new. He bought it in New Zealand and moved it to Scotland in 2019, re-registering it here in 2020. The speedo was switched from kph to mph at the same time, so the displayed mileage is as shown in the photos. 

Aside from custom matte black paintwork, it is said to be factory standard and in very good condition. It was checked over, including fluids, prior to the last MOT. The current test runs to March 2027.
