Maserati’s GranCabrio married the heart of a Ferrari with the sort of flourish buyers have come to expect from Modena’s hand-built grand tourers. Its naturally aspirated, Maranello-engineered 4.7-litre V8, channelled through a six-speed automatic gearbox with
