The Appeal
The 997-generation 911 is one of the most refined, well-rounded iterations of Porsche's legendary flagship. The styling got rid of those reviled 'fried-egg' lamps and returned the traditional bug-eyes, while the mechanics were given a whole host of revisions. By 2010, it had been treated to a new engine with direct injection, and the company's new "PDK" dual clutch transmission. The result was an altogether faster, lighter and more efficient car.
This 2010 UK-registered example is a particularly appealing prospect. It benefits from an extensive maintenance history and has just undergone a major service carried out by Porsche Centre Exeter on 11th March 2026 at 31,374 miles, including engine oil, oil filter, brake fluid, drive belt, air filter, pollen filter, spark plug, clutch fluid and transmission fluid changes.
Showing 31,430 miles on the clock, this is an unmodified car retaining its factory specification throughout.
Coming to market with the reassurance of an MOT valid to July 2026, this is a fine opportunity to acquire a well-maintained 997 Turbo with a strong service pedigree.Porsche-1.webp141.38 KB

The 911 silhouette continues to be one of the most evocative in motoring, and the 997 kept up those handsome curves and determined lines with style. This example, benefiting from only 31,430 miles on the clock, is a well-kept, clean and eminently drivable example that's ready and waiting for its lucky new keeper.

Even Jeremy Clarkson admitted that the 997 stirred the soul, and it takes a lot to change that man's opinion on anything. The fact is, this generation of the 911 means business, and it delivers it in spades. We understand that this example is as-built, and the vendor reports that the car is driving as it should. With this in mind, we expect this modern classic will be very rewarding.Porsche-116.webp76.86 KB
