The Appeal
Few brands have a grand touring tradition quite as illustrious as Maserati. The GranCabrio offers buyers Ferrari-infused mechanics and dynamics but with a focus on luxury and comfort rather than no-compromise performance.
From 2011, the simply named ‘S’ added the larger, more powerful 450bhp 4.7L engine, plus a package of suspension and trim upgrades. This early GranCabrio S is finished in popular ‘triple black’ - for paint, roof and leather - and has covered a mere 29,200 miles from new in the hands of just three keepers.
The condition, as you might expect, is impressive. There are few signs of its age. It has been well maintained too, the service book showing a run of stamps by main dealers and specialists. The last service was in July 2025 at 28,830 miles, when over £2,500 of work was undertaken, including two new Pirelli tyres and brake work. The MOT runs to July 2026 with no advisories.
The vendor says:
“Great condition, works perfectly. Amazing V8 engine sound, especially in sport mode, sounds like a Formula 1 car. I think its engine sound beats all other super cars.”
