The Appeal
When Dodge revisited the hallowed Challenger marque, it cleverly channelled the appeal of the original muscle car and gave buyers a blue collar alternative to European rivals. But we’re a long way from all that here because this 2013 R/T properly dials up the visual and performance drama to 11.
The car arrived in the UK in 2015 and with the current keeper in 2020. Since buying it he has invested heavily in creating the bespoke, custom Challenger you see in the photos. Sporting a £6,500 custom wrap and with performance pushed up to 650hp, helped by a supercharger, this is one serious one-off, potent machine.
The revisions include that supercharger plus attention to the fuelling and ignition systems. The ECU has been remapped, brakes upgraded, custom exhaust, wide arch kit and a bespoke interior retrim. The wheels and tyres are also upgraded.
With under 37,000 miles from new, the car has covered only around 12,000 miles since the vendor acquired it, so all those improvements have been sparingly used. It comes with a useful MOT valid to September 2026 with no advisories.
To replicate this specification you would need very deep pockets and a lot of time. Here’s a chance to shortcut your journey to a show-stopping, stand-out Challenger.
The vendor says:
“Drives perfect. Running 650 bhp with amazing head turning looks & sounds. Total one off.”
