The 2020 model year marked a pivotal chapter in Morgan's story, with the Plus Four receiving the all-new CX bonded aluminium platform and BMW's turbocharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine, a combination that brought genuine modernity to the hand-built British sports car whilst preserving the open-air character for which the marque is so revered. Among the already select company of Plus Four owners, those with the automatic gearbox are rarer still; only a handful were produced, making our example particularly noteworthy.
