The Appeal

The Eliminator Jet Super Speed is a formidable American drag boat from the late 1970s, powered by a naturally aspirated Big Block 454 V8 producing approximately 450hp, making it a serious piece of Californian-built marine machinery that is a rare sight on European waters. With a jet drive and seating for six, it bridges the gap between an outright performance boat and a practical leisure craft.

This 1979 example has had just two former registered keepers, having journeyed from California to Sweden, then Poland. A mechanical check-up has recently been completed, encompassing filters, oil, spark plugs and other consumables.

The vendor states the boat is in very good order. Two exhaust system options accompany the sale, a custom loud system for those who want the full V8 experience and a standard stern exhaust for quieter cruising. It also comes with a dedicated two-axle road trailer.

Reportedly capable of reaching 120km/h and described as ready for the water, this Eliminator offers arguably the most exhilarating way in which to enjoy American V8 power.
