Description
This type of engine was designed starting from the 4-cylinder engines of the M10 family, 2 more cylinders were added in a row to the first 4, giving rise to a 6-cylinder in-line engine. In particular this is a special version used on the BMW 3. 0 CSL racing.
Engine prepared with: BMW Motorsport hemispherical pistons and combustion chambers; camshaft profile Schnitzer; Dry carter with new 3-stage pump and aerial tubes; Flyweel for racing clutch. Pulley and belt for the injection pump.
It is sold without intake manifold. Apart from we can supply:
Slide throttle intake manifolds (currently being designed) with the Bosch Kugelfischer injection pump
or intake manifolds with Weber 45 DCOE or 48 DCO SP carburetors
