A lovely, low mileage Alfa Romeo Spider just taken in part exchange for one of our 986 Boxsters.
One of the very last of the 916-era Alfa Spiders, AV54KFU has had just 4 owners in total, and has covered just 40, 850 miles from new. Presented in classic Alfa Red with Black Lusso-spec leather interior, carpets and electric hood, the exterior and interior are both in fantastic condition, with hardly a blemish to be seen. The JTS models produce more power and torque than the earlier twin-spark cars, with increased performance combined with excellent road holding and handling. A super little sports car from one of the great Italian marques.
The service history is very good, the maintenance record showing 9 stamps from PDI in 2004, services in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 up to 31, 409 miles, including a cam belt change at 14, 782 miles in 2007. There is then a gap to 2016 (although only 4, 000 miles covered in this time), with more maintenance carried out in 2017 (cam belt), 2018 (front discs and pads), and 2019 (full service, plus new rear tyres and rear top mounts).
The car drives really nicely, and everything works as it should. The full owners pack includes two keys plus the brown master key, and the alarm code card.
