With us here at RFH Classics we have this stunning 1969 (H) MGB GT finished in Flame Red with the very desirable, and well polished, Chrome Wire Wheels. The car has been the subject of of a previous restoration and presents exceptionally well with the Chrome Wires and Black with Red Piping Leather Interior. We have an extensive history file in the office that shows the car originally started life in Papua New Guinea and left the factory in Flamed Red with the wire wheels fitted as factory option from new. The car lived there until it was brought back in 1976 and certainly looking at the history file has had extensive work undertaken including body and trim work along with MOT history back as far as 2001.
Under the bonnet the 1800cc engine which has an oil cooler and polished aluminium rocker cover is matched to a 4 speed manual gearbox and is showing exceptionally good hot and cold oil pressure. A Kenlow style cooling fan has been fitted the air filters are chrome mesh effect. The interior of the car is very clean indeed and looks very good with the piped leather seats that are matching to the front and rear. Clearly this GT has had a lot of money spent on it and been very well looked after by its previous owners.
