1928 Austin Heavy 12 Clifton tourer, Registration KW 3109, Chassis 5TT23558. We are selling this delightful vintage open tourer on behalf of the executors. The late owner lovingly restored it over several years, including rebuilding the engine, repainting the body in its attractive maroon and black livery, re-upholstering the seats in black leather (rather than in Vynide) fitted new black carpets and had a new canvas hood made with tonneau covers and hood bag. He also had new side screens made. It is fitted with flashing indicators for safety in modern traffic. On our inspection, the car runs very sweetly and should provide its lucky new owner with many hours of happy Vintage motoring. It is supplied with a V5 document, old 1960s green logbook, some service history, original handbook and related material. (Subject to 12% buyers' premium inclusive of VAT).
