1965 Triumph TR4A IRS with overdrive finished in white with Black leather piped in White.
From long term ownership ( 40 Years)
Extensively restored circa 1991 and covered 14000 dry miles since.
During the point of restoration the car was thoroughly waxoiled everywhere with all cavities filled with wax and gas been treated regularly since which is evident underneath and around the backs of the headlights, sills, bonnet etc.
The car presents really well today with excellent paintwork, The Black mohair hood is also in excellent condition with nice clear windows, excellent dash carpets and door cards.
Present with the TR4 is a full tonneau cover, hood cover, indoor car cover etc along with a substantial amount of bills and invoices for general maintenance.
On the road the TR4 performs exceptionally well with a nice smooth gearbox and fully functional overdrive, oil pressure is about 55psi dropping to 50psi when warm.
Probably one of the very best looking British Sports Cars of its era and exactly what you would expect from Giovani Michelotti.
