1978 Volkswagen Beetle Karmann Cabriolet.
This stunning Left hand drive Beetle was imported from the USA in 2018 and restored in 2024 to a very good standard.
Originally an American spec 1303 1300 but upgraded using a replacement 1600 engine which has been fully rebuilt at a cost of approximately £5000, the Beetle was also tested to a very expensive bare metal repaint in it’s original colour of White.
Before I get bombarded with questions, it is a four speed manual, I do not have any idea why the boot badge says automatic stick shift
The Super Beetles are on a different level to drive due to a better suspension set up and disc brakes.
Looking superb in Bright White with a Cream hood and Cream and Black leather seats and riding on a very smart set of SSP Sprint star alloys shod with Bridgestone tyres.
