Appeal
While purists favor the flat-sill E-Types, those seeking the most enjoyable to drive will opt for a Series 1 4.2 with a fully synchronized manual gearbox. This 1967 Jaguar E-Type Series 1 Fixed Head Coupé, left-hand drive, has undergone a full restoration in 1991 and a new paint job in November 2024 in a superb deep opalescent green, paired with a carefully restored beige interior.
The work carried out is of a remarkable standard. In addition to aesthetic upgrades, the engine and the gearbox were rebuilt in 2015, and new tires were fitted in 2022.
