The Appeal
The C107 fixed coupé has become one of the rarer iterations of Mercedes-Benz's legendary tourer, and arguably the more 'practical' iteration of the car. Thanks to the removal of that soft top, it had two full-sized rear seats. Effectively, it was the family-friendly 107, and despite having significantly fewer units shifted in its heyday, it's become a lesser-spotted and very popular retro classic.
This 1981 example has benefited from significant investment during its time in long-term family care, with substantial work carried out on the bodywork, interior, engine and underside. Garaged and kept covered for over a decade, this 380 SLC, showing 141,000 miles, is a compelling car indeed. DSC06689.jpg182.56 KB
