The RS2 was the very first car in the RS line, a joint venture between Audi and Porsche. Equipped with the most powerful version of Audi's 20v turbocharged five-cylinder engine, and the legendary Quattro transmission, this high-performance version of the B4 80 Avant could do 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.8 seconds; not bad for a car you could also use to carry a sofa! The RS2 was built at Porsche's Rossle-Bau factory, which had previously produced the Porsche-modified Mercedes-Benz 500E.
This 1995 example is a fantastic survivor in very original condition. With a full service history, including a well-stamped service book and numerous supporting invoices, this RS2 has been well looked after by its current owner for the past four years. It comes with its MOT and is ready to be enjoyed.
