The Appeal
The Dax Tojeiro is one of the best-regarded Cobra kits because of its dimensionally accurate looks and the involvement of John Tojeiro, who designed the original’s chassis.
This car was built by the current keeper in the late 1990s and first registered in 2000. Unusually, it features Daimler Double Six running gear, including the smooth 5.3-litre V12 engine mated to a relaxing auto box. Finished in smart burgundy metallic with cream leather, it is a proper ‘looker’ with the character of a quick but relaxing cruiser.
The car has had just one keeper since it was built, and MOT records indicate that it has been used very sparingly. There is also a helpful MOT that is valid until July 2026 to provide an indication of the condition.
