The Appeal
The TR6 was the last representative of a certain category of powerful British roadsters for which no equivalent has unfortunately ever been found. Direct, analogue and deeply engaging, it transforms every journey into a memorable experience for true driving enthusiasts.
This 1972 car fits precisely this definition: it is a TR6 in European specification with 150 bhp, equipped with "PI" fuel injection and originally registered in Belgium. It was restored six years ago and has since been used only in dry weather and during the summer period, which explains its well-preserved condition.
The white paint, original domed steel wheels, black vinyl interior and red hood are all well maintained, with only minor cosmetic imperfections to note.
The seller, a TR6 enthusiast, indicates that the car runs and drives correctly. A new ignition coil has also been installed. The car is accompanied by a French certificate of conformity as well as a recent MOT, offering buyers reassuring documentation on its status.

✓ We also check whether vehicles are registered as written off as a result of a total loss at the time the listing is placed on Car & Classic and we provide write-off category tags (Cat C/D/S/N) to help you. The presence or absence of a tag does not, however, guarantee the status of the vehicle and it is always useful to carry out a full vehicle history check before making an offer on it.
