The Appeal

When the Jaguar XF was launched, it was the car that finally saw the legendary British marque shake off the styling shackles of the past. Designed by Ian Callum, it gave Jaguar a contemporary-looking car whose coupé-like roofline and high, rising waistline lent it a muscular stance. Beneath these modern lines, buyers could choose from a range of powertrains. At the top of the range sat the XFR, a muscular super-saloon powered by a supercharged V8 producing over 500 horsepower.

This 2009 XFR was bought by the seller in March 2026, who says they are only selling because they are buying a house. The car comes with a comprehensive history file, from the original handbooks and bill of sale through to receipts totalling more than £3,500 for preventive maintenance, primarily new radiators and a supercharger cooler, carried out during the current period of ownership.

Outside, the Liquid Silver paintwork and 20-inch alloy wheels look terrific, with only a few age-related scratches and dents evident.

The car is loaded with features, including adaptive cruise control, memory seats with climate control, blind spot monitoring and the 14-speaker Bowers & Wilkins sound system. Aside from some patina on the leather seats, the seller notes some wrinkling to the leather on the top of the dashboard, which they say is common to the Jaguar XF.

The car is fitted with a Zaustworx back box delete exhaust, and the original system is available. The private registration plate is included in the sale.

The seller says, "I have absolutely adored owning this fantastic car. It's a brilliant combination of extreme comfort and luxury with immense performance. It's so much fun to drive and it also sounds great".
