Description

1965 Morris Mini Traveller MK I. A rare smooth roof model, Almond Green and original green interior and subject to a bare shell full restoration in 2013 with little use since. Upgraded to a 998cc engine during the re-build while still retaining all the period looks of the original 850cc unit. The Mini was subject to very thorough bare shell restoration. All wood was removed and replaced as necessary. The History file contains photos of the shell restoration plus old MOTs. With the last keeper for four years it formed part of a Mini collection and only available now due to a change of circumstances. The car drives without fault and starts on the button. The engine is very strong, has great oil pressure and pulls well, the gearbox also smooth and precise. Just 84, 000 miles which is believed correct but we are unable to guarantee due to the age of the car. MK I Travellers are now a very rare sight on U. K roads and we are delighted to offer one in this condition. Absolutely any inspection is welcome. All major debit and credit cards accepted. Part exchange possible. Finance arranged. Free U. K mainland delivery. Shipping and storage facilities. Please contact us for any further information.
