New arrival
Jaguar XK140 FHC, Right Hand Drive. Originally in a configuration of Pastel Green exterior paint with contrasting Suede Green interior, Chassis No. 804591 was distributed to Henlys, London on the 1st March 1956.
Through various changes in owners and a lifetime of use, WHU 888 has changed exterior paint from its original Pastel Green to a Cream. Over the years, the car has been subject to regular services as well as upgrades from XK specialists Guy Broad. Holding a full history file, including original rebuild receipts from 1976 to 2019. It also boasts a Jaguar Heritage Trust Certificate.
CMC is pleased to offer this Barn find XK140 as a restoration project. Until recently, the car has been sitting in the owner's garage for a number of years unused. Its last MOT taking place in 2010. Subsequently, it's now in need of some attention to get it back to when it came off production in 1956.
For anyone looking to undertake a light restoration project, this car is perfect due to its consistent service and upgrade history. Ultimately a fine example of an FHC XK140 which has benefitted from many new components over the years.
