The Appeal

This 1957 MG A Coupe is a perfect blend of classic charm and modern functionality. The MG A Coupe, introduced in the late 1950s, was a significant departure from the traditional MG design, offering a sleeker, more streamlined look that was a hit with buyers - based upon Syd Enever's design for George Philips at 1951's Le Mans. To this day it's a remarkably recognisable classic that turns plenty of heads on the road.

This particular vehicle has been lovingly restored by an owner with a decade of experience in renovating MGAs. It stands out from the crowd, too - from its MX-5 powerplant to its more cosmetic modifications - such as the Sebring front valance and an air vent from an Austin Healey 3000. The car's interior has been completely renewed, and it's finished in the iconic British Racing Green with striking gold wheels - marrying the old and the new with remarkable grace.
