The Appeal
A good Morris Minor Tourer is, in many ways, all the classic car you could ever need. Stylish, practical with space for four, easy to drive and both simple and reliable, these are cars to make every journey enjoyable and memorable.
This 1962 factory Tourer is one of the nicest we’ve seen in a long time. Finished in a fetching shade of blue-grey with matching two-tone interior, it benefits from an older restoration with a more recent refresh to the aesthetics, structural and mechanicals. The long list of work includes a brake overhaul, new wheel cylinders, localised repaint, new sills, new hood and carpets and refurbished wheels with new tyres.
The history file dates from the original order form to a general check over in August 2024 that included a carburettor clean, thermostat gasket, fan belt and a new fuel filter. Canny buyers will be pleased to see a voluntary MOT to August 2025 with no advisories.
This is one smart and clearly well maintained Moggy Minor. As a genuine Tourer it also stands out.
