The Appeal
The 130's understated three-box design discreetly concealed its great qualities. Luxuriously equipped and fitted with the V6 Lampredi engine with double overhead camshaft worthy of a sports car, delivering 165 hp, this large executive saloon is one of the most prestigious models in Fiat's history.
Almost certainly, none of the few surviving examples compare to this one. It has been owned by the same family since its inception and shows exceptionally low mileage. The condition is extremely original, right down to the factory-applied plastic protective film that still covers the rear doors.
Enthusiasts will also note that this is the much improved 'B' model, with the dashboard and interior of the Coupé and the upgraded 3.2-litre V6 engine with 165 hp designed by Lampredi.
The car is offered for sale after receiving a new timing belt and service. The brake discs and battery were also replaced.
For fans of prestigious 1970s saloons, this is a rare and perhaps unrepeatable opportunity.
The History and Paperwork
- First registered in France on 10 March 1972

The Condition
- Extremely original and unrestored car in good condition, but showing inevitable signs of age
- Painted in metallic silver with caramel leather interior
- Some signs and slight deterioration visible on the paintwork and bodywork shown in the photographs
- Paint chipped at door edges in places
- The seller informs us that there are no traces of corrosion, and this seems to be confirmed by the photos of the exterior
- Underbody in good condition
- Original Cromodora alloy wheels in fair condition
- We are told that the spare wheel has never been used
- Some dulling visible on front and rear bumpers but other chrome is well maintained
- Caramel leather interior is original and unrestored with light signs of age-related wear
- Complete, unmodified interior with intact dashboard and controls in good condition
- 130B model cars have a redesigned interior similar to the coupe version and upgraded seats
- Rear door panels are still protected by factory-fitted plastic film
- Electric front and rear windows and radio with Stereo 8 player from the period

- Carpets are in good condition both in the passenger compartment and luggage compartment and show only light signs of wear
