The Appeal

Often credited as one of the all-time greatest sports cars, the Porsche 911 Carrera hit the market in 1964 and continued to sell in impressive numbers all the way up until 1989. Depending upon who you ask, there are plenty of candidates for the 'best' 911 Classic. A common pick, however, is often the G series 911, which was introduced in 1973. This series of 911 would go on to sell some 200,000 units, and offered a superb all-rounder for handling, styling, comfort and performance.

This 1985 example is a great ambassador for everything the G-Series got right. With verified mileage, a detailed service history, and plenty of invoices, this Carrera Targa is a great example through and through, having lived a very comfortable life that brings it to us in utterly fine fettle.
