The Appeal
The Citroën 2CV is often seen as one of the most important cars ever built. Celebrated for its ingenious simplicity, distinctive character, and remarkable practicality, the innovative little two-cylinder rode upon a long-travel suspension that enabled it to tackle post-war French roads, pastoral tracks and beyond. It remained in production for an utterly remarkable 42 years, and has become one of the most iconic classic cars of all time.
This particular example has been in the UK since 2007, having originally been registered in Europe. With comprehensive vehicle history available from 2005 onwards and a valid MOT until June 2026, this 2CV is a solid example of a deeply characterful French classic.
