The charm
Launched in 1984, the Peugeot 205 CTI is a fast and agile example of a quintessential 1980s soft-top. If the 205 GTI is a 'cult' car, the CTI is a curiosity in the making. Converted by Pininfarina, the Cabriolet is not quite as fast off the line thanks to its stiffened chassis and heavy T-bar, but it is just as capable of a truly exhilarating drive.
This example has remained in the same ownership since 1990 and was put into storage in 2012. Ten years later it is back on the road, with a complete overhaul and a new paint job.
