APPEAL
They say great things are born out of necessity. The story of the Mini would certainly support that, designed and built in response to the Suez oil crises of 1956 when petrol was rationed and economy was forced front of mind. Fast forward a few decades and its now a true British motoring icon, adorning the streets around the world and proving a lot of fun motoring to its owners.
Here is a fine example of the Mini Cooper with the slightly more pokey 1.3 litre injection engine, presented in good condition and with several useful upgrades.
