The Appeal
Sticking a big engine in an ordinary estate car wasn’t a new idea. Audi had done it before with the RS2. What made the original C5 RS6 different was that Audi stuck a really big engine in it.
It was and is brutally quick. With 450bhp on tap the RS6 is a proper supercar-killer. All whilst providing space for the family, dogs and luggage. Then there’s the proto-Bond Layer Cake connection.
It was a popular car but only 800 made these shores. Well maintained, reasonable-mileage, factory standard cars are rare and desirable. Here we have one. Finished in popular grey metallic with black leather Recaro interior it is in very good condition with regularly stamped service history and long, advisory-free MOT.
Other RS6s would follow, but to many this is the definitive high performance dog wagon. One not to miss.

- Lights in good condition with only cracking to nearside rear lens to note
- Factory standard Recaro interior in black leather piped with white
- Few obvious signs of wear across interior
- Luxurious specification with good switchgear and no electric issues reported
- Carbon fibre dashboard and console trims
- Original factory audio head unit with navigation and 6CD boot-mounted changer
- Alcantara headlining that appears to be sagging in places and pinned in place
