The Appeal
Any new BMW coupe requires attention, joining as it does a remarkable lineage of two-door sports cars. The G15 8-Series saw the firm reclaim its place in the market with a technologically advanced, very luxurious and devastatingly quick range of handsome cars.
To mark its return BMW created the First Edition, a worldwide run of just 400 cars of which only 10 came to the UK. Based on the top specification M850i XDrive these cars boasted some exclusive features alongside a specially number dashboard plaque

BMW’s 8-Series has always been a showcase for its cutting edge innovation and the G15 was no different when it was launched in early 2020. Naturally the First Edition cars show this to particular effect.
Finished in beautiful Frozen Barcelona Blue with a two-tone ivory and dark blue leather interior, the First Edition cars are also particularly attractive. Naturally, considering the very low mileage, this car is in excellent condition with no visible signs of wear across its high quality surfaces.

The First Edition naturally used the top of the range 4.4litre twin turbo. This V8 unit delivers a prodigious 520bhp, enough to catapult the M850 to 60mpn in under 4secs.
This is a very low mileage car in the sort of mechanical condition you would therefore expect, helped by having just one owner from a few months old. Capable and thrilling, this is one of BMW’s best cars of the last 10 years.
