I’ve followed this car for over 25years. X Kev Rooney Custom Car mag / Street Machine, feature car. A dream come true to own it. Sadly it was in a big mess, despite having 13k spent on just months before I found it last year. I had to save it, give it a new lease of life. 5 shows in come away with 4 Awards!! Including at the NSRA Hotrod Nationals! New full feature in Custom Car this year. My jobs done, seriously chuffed to bits, so here’s your chance to own this show winner, keep taking the awards home!
Over 10K in receipts just for panels and welding that’s way before prep and paint! Panels included New complete 1/ 4 panel, lower 1/ 2 inner and outer lower 1/ 4s, doors, sills, wing corners and boot floor sections, new rear arch spats ( removable) She was sore. Looks good underneath now really nice shell, fully rust proofed , wax oiled. I then Professionally stripped it to bare metal, spent hours gapping up, epoxy primed, double high build primed, 2tone Purple Pearl with added crystals , metal flaked roof layers of top quality clear coat.. Rewired throughout brandnew loom multiple fuses, usb ports, led lights, Fresh unleaded 2. 0L Pinto engine, twin choke Webber, fully serviced with professional reconditioned AUTO box, Real nice to Kruze. Drives and Handel’s really well, Mk3 Capri front suspension set up, rack, legs lowered RS springs, disc brakes , reversed eye rear leafs, 3. 54 RS diff, Blasted and painted steels with new white wall tyres. Beautiful chrome work , fully re trimmed interior complete with sparkle carpet. All the painted white has purple flip sparkle, even the steel black # plates I put a purple flip in! Detailed everything.
Seriously regrettable sale , I absolutely love it, so so much attention everywhere she goes but I’m more of a builder than a polisher and I have many projects on the go so,

It’s been stripped bare, completed less than a year, I’ve done about 800 trouble free miles. so it’s a new build but far far from a new car so don’t expect it to be like one. No seatbelts, no airbags etc etc
