Very rare 1974 Ford Falcon Fairmont RHD, GS Rally Pack, 1st Registered March 1976, Bordeaux metallic with black cloth interior, 351 Ci Cleveland V8 was Ford's most powerful option for the XB model range, pumping out 260 bhp at 4600 rpm when equipped with the standard two-barrel carburettor. Offered with either a four-speed manual or automatic transmission, 351-cid powered Fairmonts came with 3. 00 or 2. 75 back axle ratios respectively. Another option was the GS Rally Pack, with side stripes, three-spoke steering wheel, twin bonnet scoops and bonnet-locking pins, this car is fitted with an Automatic Transmission, power disc brakes, power steering, power windows, manual sun roof, mag sport alloys, this one previous owner car was purchased by Frank Gates the owner of "Gates of Woodford" Essex Ford dealership when new, he then kept it for twenty years, it was then sold to the second owner twenty two years ago, it is Mot'd and taxed, it has a good history file including the original Ford Falcon Fairmont service book, maintenance book, and lots of old Mot's, the cars underside is rock solid benefiting from being garaged all its life, this is a an original vehicle and you can drive it anywhere, however, the car would benefit from a cosmetic restoration and some engine bay detailing, the engine bay is oil dry, good tyres, almost new exhaust, not many miles covered in the last few years.
