A desirable facelift R107 roadster finished in perhaps the best colour – Nautic Blue metallic, contrasted by a grey cloth interior and a navy hood.
This 420SL was supplied new by the Sunningdale Carriage Company of Berkshire on June 2nd 1987 to a company in Surrey. Over the last ten years this SL has been in the hands of one gentleman, garaged and used sparingly. The mileage today stands at a very sensible 114, 772 miles. It has all its original books and manuals including the service book and plenty of receipts for maintenance in recent years. HPI Clear with certificate.
As the pictures show this SL is very clean with good paintwork and a good, original hood and hard top. The interior is also in very good order and entirely original.
The underside is in very good order with no corrosion or previous repairs evident.
On the road it drives well with plenty of performance and a smooth automatic gearbox.
