Ford Cortina 1300 Mk3 2 door.
Low mileage two owner car that is in great solid original condition, never been welded.
The second owner bought the car in 1976 and has kept a daily driving record since then, he has noted the mileage and any servicing for every day that he used the car.
The body is super straight, hard to tell but possibly still the original paint. As you will see in the photos, it has some minor issues on the body but nothing major at all.
Interior is nice, seats are not ripped, and the carpet still looks good.
The underneath is in great condition, from what I can see never welded and totally rust free. It has been rust protected from new. The only minor hole that I found is in the boot area, it’s on the left-hand side wheel tub and can be seen in the photos.
The car has been standing for around six years without being used, it has just had a full service though and everything seems to be in good order. Below is a list of what has just been done.
Full engine service.
Carburettor service.
New battery.
New tyres.
New ball joints x 3.
New wiper blades, original chrome ones included.
I have had a short drive and it drives really well, has a good feel to it.
