1949 MG TC Midget
RHD, California Import, Mechanically restored at great expense
This very pretty MG TC has just arrived from California where it recently underwent a comprehensive mechanical restoration including a complete engine rebuild & brake system overhaul. This work was completed in late 2014 by marque specialists XKS Mototsport in California & is fully documented with invoices present totalling $23, 000. The car starts, runs and drives very well as you would expect after the recent work thats been carried out. The oil pressure is great, the brakes work very well pulling the car up straight. The interior & bodywork, although very presentable could be improved as both are showing signs of age including a small area of damage to the seat back & multiple small chips and marks on the paintwork. Structurally the car is absolutely superb with zero rust in the chassis & no rot in any of the woodwork. The car has all duty paid & comes with the US title ready to be registered to its new owner.
