Whether it is Giacomo Agostini's 3-cylinder 500cc or Jordi Torres's 4-cylinder 1000cc machine, a MV Agusta racing motorbike will always remain a legendary Italian diva that will not fail to catch your attention. This 1000 F4 RC competed in the 2018 Superbike World Championship under the Varese factory banner and stood up against Jonathan Rea and Tom Skyes's mighty Kawasaki factory motorbikes, Marco Melandri and Chaz Davies's fiery Ducati racers or else, Alex Lowes and Van Den Mark's astonishing Yamahas.
We are proud to present this tenacious racing beast, entrusted to us by the manufacturer, the Reparto Corse of MV Agusta factory, who wish to see it treasured by a collector. Inspired by the licensed F4 RC, the featured motorbike is in its 2018 season configuration. Powered by a four-cylinder engine producing more than 220 hp, it is equipped with Plastic Bike fairing, RS seat pan, H2O radiator, Valtermoto handlebars and rear sets, titanium exhaust pipe with SC silencers and electronics largely supplied by Magneti Marelli: engine specifications, GPS, rear tyre pressure sensor, front and rear suspension sensors, front and rear brake pressure sensors, dashboard, etc. This "factory" F4 RC also features Öhlins suspensions revised by Andreani (NIX 30 at the front end and TTX 36 at the rear), four-piston Brembo GP brakes, Performance Mode swingarm and Marchesini wheels fitted with Pirelli tyres.
Jordi Torres remarkably won 5th place in the second race on this F4 RC in Imola, behind two official Kawasaki and Ducati motorbikes. It was his best performance after a season that proved to be exceptional for him as the talented Spanish rider was suddenly invited to compete in the Moto GP.
This machine's beautiful design, as well as the quality of the parts and equipment used, is a magnificent tribute to the outstanding racing history and expertise of MV Agusta.
Moreover, having been withdrawn at the end of the season, it is the last Factory MVF4 RC to have participated in the World Championship. It is a privilege to be able to showcase this high-calibre racing motorbike, emerging from a season where it got the chance to prove its outstanding abilities, and delivered directly from manufacturer to collector.
